I bought a ring one of the stones came out. I dont know when or where it fell out. I did report this to allstate. They told me they would send me a lable to return the ring. Its been months. I have not received a lable I have not heard from allstate about this issue.

I filed a claim back on April 2, here it is April 17 and I’m still waiting for my refrigerator to be fully repaired. There was a partial repair but the parts that you all sent, the technician didn’t use them. He ordered a different part and used that and then took all the other parts with him. I’m still having an issue with my refrigerator top shelf freezing everything. This is the second time I’ve had to use this service. It took two trips to fix the washer. I did all this stuff over the phone as I was asked at parts were sent and they were the wrong parts. When the technician got here he determined what was really wrong and ordered more parts. Finally fixed on the second try. These folks they sent me are not factory technicians. They are just people that have businesses around my area. Some of them have good ratings and some of them don’t.
Allstate lost the camera lens. Told me FexEx lost it and told me to deal with Fed Ex. Fed Ex said they delivered it and had proof. Allstate found it, repaired it and sent it back. Took about 4 weeks. Had to spend $150 to rent a lens because Allstate had no idea where my lens was.

A box of 12 light bulbs was sent. Repairman only needed one. I wanted the remaining eleven for future use. He said NO, he had to take them back. Is this policy?
This is the worst experience of my life with a warranty company. I paid my deductible one week and it took a week and a half finally for them to tell me that I will not be receiving my deductible back for my replacement Tv I am highly discouraged implying to cancel my warranty with Home Shield because of this matter

I setup service for my GE Profile clothes washer for a Friday with a window of 8:00 am til 10:00 am. Come Friday, no one showed up between those hours. Later on after 12:00 pm received two separate text messages with the names of the techs advising each one was on their were on their way at different times.
