Reset tv twice and now problem is not fixed. No more resets, fix the tv.
Allstate was good to deal with and had a streamlined process. The card issuer was awful, makes it impossible to redeem the virtual card. Should have just issued a physical refund card.

I bought the insurance because the salesperson from Costco told me if anything is wrong with the laptop just being it back because I bought the premium plan. I brought it back to Costco, Costco made me call the Costco concierge, the Costco concierge made me call Allstate, Allstate made me call Square.... I'm not satisfied with the laptop. I spoke to a few different reps and none could provide a resolution to the issue. I had to demand a supervisor and then refuse to be passed on to the manufacturer in order to get a refund of the item!
