On my 3rd or 4th Acer chromebook. They kept breaking or the charger stopped working. So I bought this protection plan lo & behold happened again after about 6months of use. Sent to acer ×2 with zero fixing & zero results. Sent to you & prefect service I'm shocked to be honest. Came back like brand new includingcaxway better charger
I been trying to use my warranty on my defective item since October and y'all are now just doing something about it. All the good sales are go now.

The new phone has 1000000map searchs apps that i would never use and has the same problem as my old one very disappointed

I received a phone that is nicked. I tried to wipe it off but that didn't work. Consumer Cellular won't take responsibility and Square Trade won't take responsibility!

The first claim went well, local repair authorized, contacted the technician who came out, confirmed the error code, determined parts were not available yet from the manufacturer as there was insufficient demand for that particular problem. I filed the claim for the labor and provided the invoice with the parts needed. I received a subsequent email saying they had located the parts, would have them sent to us, selected technician and scheduled the repair. To file a claim on a $50 Comsumer Cellular phone it took 2 phone calls, each lasting over an hour and was told by your people to call back in 48 hours. Both of your service people were in Pakistan and could not be understood. I finally told Consumer Cellular to cancel the claim, send me a new phone & charge it to my account. I also cancelled my insurance coverage with Consumer Cellular. I cannot believe you cannot afford to hire people in America !!!!
