Not helpful. Wouldn’t pay claim . Will not be purchasing again

So irresponsible my appointment was reschedule about 4 times I got off early and the guy still showed up really late. Once he got there he was not nice at all very rude.

We notified Allstate/SquareTrade of a broken switch on our electric reclining sofa. It has been over 2 months and we are still 'waiting on parts'. We originally sent pictures of the switch, but they insisted on sending a tech to our house. It took a couple of weeks to get the tech out to our house and he determined that the switch was indeed defective. He would need to order a part that would be shipped to our house. The person who FINALLY came was very good but the process to get there was something Iwoud NEVER want anyone to go thorugh. Too long too explain here but I wil never pay for insurance from Allstate ever again!

To start, I will start at the end… The technicians that came to my house both of them the one in January and the one a couple of nights ago were terrific. They were the saving grace of the way this company runs business. to save money, they take the description of the problem from a novice homeowner trying to explain a noise that the machine is making, and then based on that they send a part. Long process with Samsung and then getting clearance to make a claim but once that happened you were able to reimburse us. I will never buy from Home Depot again!

Sent my headphones in for repair and they were sent back saying nothing was wrong yet they still don't work. Wasted money and time Wasted money and time
