Made multiple attempts to have issues resolved for LG television that continues to power off and on every few minutes. Got the same run around on each call and was told it was a know issue. Reset television several times and each call would be 30 minutes of “please hold while I look into this”. Finally told this was not covered under their protection. I was taken aback by my Allstate auto renewal this week. Even though we had no claims, our premium went up nearly 40%. This is not reasonable and not sustainable — at least for me. I called Allstate and was advised that the premium increase was across the board in Colorado, and not related to any specific individual’s claim history.
I did not receive my Xbox controller replacement I purchased the warranty at Walmart when I purchased the controller, the warranty was for two years and my claim was accepted by Allstate but they never got back with me on an update on the replacement it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything never purchase electronics at Walmart the warranty is trash.

From the initial phone conversation the service was below expectations. The ordering of parts over the phone by the representative was something that I did not see coming nor did I have a lot of faith in. The only highlight was that the parts were delivered the following day. The repair company that was assigned to us never answered their phone nor did they return a call after leaving a message as they suggested. The company was at least 60 miles from our house. I was really surprised at how easy it was to filing a claim to get a new headset but then they said they didn't have my exact headset in stock so they gave me 2 options to pick from and told me to reply with which one I wanted. So I did and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Its been about a week now when it said it should only take 2 days so now I don't even know if it's on its way or if it hasn't even be placed yet

I did a warranty claim a 14 days ago and they advised me that it was glitch and no one advised me that it didn’t go through.. So now I have to wait another 14 days

It has been more then 2 weeks and we do not have offer to repare replace or offer us a refund for the HP Computer which will not even boot up.
I thought I did one or 2 reviews already.
Each time I have attempted to use this coverage something always comes in to where it is giving the impression that it's irrelevant and does not cover much if anything it is supposed to be covering Doubt I will get on anything I may purchase in the future
