Reported water leak from washer. It took 2 months for them to send a tech. Tech then ordered parts and it was another week. Water damage to floor and other parts of the washer. Horrible. Never again. Got this from Costco.

I sent back the reply but have never received a response or a notification or the replacement TV. I have no idea what is going on. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I'm still waiting for a replacement or reply after 10 days on a different claim but same plan
I had to call them three times they told me they would send me three options for my TV to be replaced. They said they sent it by email. I never did receive it. They said they they had proof that I did receive it so they didn’t listen to me then when they sent the agreement for the check, I got it within an hour. It’s funny how that happened? I wasn’t happy with him at all.

I was told I would receive $50.00 for inconvenience, never got it!
I opened a claim, which was the easy part, I received a part that dud not fix my machine and since that happened I’ve reached out to let them know that the machine still nor working I did not have any response

When I asked for a return, my chair. Because the heat elements did not heat up all states in they did not have the one I have in stock. It was back, ordered for6-7weeks. Then, I got a email. They said they have an exactly another one. So I accepted, and they sent it. It was not the same color and it seems to be smaller than the oversized one. I had on top of that.
