Started the claim online and when trying to find the category for a coffee maker there was no small appliance section. I for some reason thought health and beauty would be a good start. Clicked that option and found an electronics option and was able to continue with the claim. Get the claim all done and submitted, received an email about options for a replacement or refund the evening on 12/6, I replied to the email the morning of the 7th. Didn't even pay for half the price for a replacement coffe pot! First they tried to see if I would accept a cheap replacement which I said no way to and then they just offered the original price paid of $29.96 whereas today the same Mr. Coffe Maker at the same store costs $60.08!! So they ended up only paying 49% for a new same model Mr. Coffee Maker! Think twice about this coverage as when you sign up for it they do not mention that they will not pay for an exact replacement if the price has gone up!

I BOUGHT A SUITCASE FROM WALMART AND THE WARRANTY TO GO WITH IT. I'VE TAKEN THIS SUITCASE BACK TO WALMART 3 TIMES AND THE TELL ME THAT THEY CAN'T HELP ME. IT SHOULD HAVE A YEAR'S WARRANTY ON IT. THEN I'M TOLD TO CALL YOUR COMPANY, I GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THAT TELLS ME THAT THE WARRANTY THAT I PAID FOR IS NULL AND VOID IF IT'S DEFFECTIVE WHEN I RECEIVED IT. WELL, I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE. Claim was approved, bogus egift card was sent. Numerous calls and chats and still no replacement. Terrible. Also, reps have a hard time understanding the English language. Will pass this information on to Walmart.

DO NOT BUY Allstate/Square Trade protection Plan when buying items on eBay. I bought the protection plan for 3 years when I bought the Headphones on eBay. The Headphones quit working a little over 1.5 years from the purchased date. I submitted a Claim with requested documents to Square Trade (ST) at the end of Sept 2023, and took for ever to receive a reply from them. Allstate Protection Plan is a ripoff. The company is completely unresponsive to their customers. Customer support is non existent. I filed a claim on an insured item asking for a replacement. Three days later I received an email telling me that Allstate cannot find a replacement. I found this very curious being that said item is readily available at Walmart. I was offered a replacement price settlement which I accepted. I filed an Affidavit for Reimbursement as requested a week ago. I have received no response from Allstate.... read more

My shipping label expired. I submitted an email to address the issue. I was then told to call the 800 number. I did that and the agent could not solve the issue without a supervisor. Apparently, there were no supervisors available. The agent committed that he would call me back within the hour. That was on Saturday and today is Tuesday night.
