Terrible policy/coverage, absolute scam! My auction purchase got canceled but these guys wouldn't let me cancel the insurance that came along with it even though the original item was canceled. Purchased on e-bay by accident along with a video game that was canceled so I reached out to these people to cancel the coverage. I have had to file multiple claims for the chair that broke but you have denied it for different reasons. First that my claim was late, then due to pre-existing damage. The chair did not have any damage when we recieved it. I sat on the chair and it fell out from under me. If the protection plan does not cover sudden disassembly of the product while being properly used, what good is your protection plan for?

AFTER OUR FRIDGE WAS UNREPAIRABLE, A CHECK ARIVED ABOUT A WEEK LATER. WE ORDERED A NEW FRIDGE AND MADE SURE WE HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY PACKAGE ON THE NEW ONE BECAUSE OF OUR RESULTS WITH THE PRIOR UNIT. IT IS ONE APPLIANCE WE WOULD NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT THE COVERAGE.
I have emailed customer service several times telling them I never received the claim settlement mastercard and they just tell me to check my spam. It isn't in my spam or any other folder.

I got the 2 year insurance plan on my phone and 8 months of having my phone it slipped out of my hand and shattered, I had a gift card to replace it 2 days after filing my claim
i shipped out my unit on October 12, it was received by Allstate on October 16, and it was only shipped back to a full 2 weeks later on October 31st im without a pc for 3 weeks

I was forced to send my laptop In for repair after I told the it was not repairable. They fixed the screen and sent it back, but it wouldn't hold a charge and would just turn off randomly. I called back and they told me to mail it in and they will send me a gift card for reimbursement..they have had my laptop for a week and I have called twice..still no gift card reimbursement. Very slow resolution and too many times I've had to follow up because of the lack of communication.
