Said they couldn’t repair due to being insect infested DIDNT inform me the next step it was coming back and why but I told them why the unit had been discontinued due to many problems told them it was probably gone be hard to find whatever parts manager when ask to see pictures promised they had pictures he’d email them to me the next day email said no pictures were took I received item opened it up took pictures there were not one insect inside they knew the item had been discontinued and there were probably no parts to fix... read more
After getting approved for a replacement TV I was informed I would receive an email within 2 days to arrange a delivery time. I never received an email and my wife had to make several calls including one to the Costco where we purchased the TV and the Manager Gary at the Costco in Greenwood Indiana made a call on our behalf and we received the TV in the next couple of days. Sent me to get my power washer repaired but could not find a repair shop. Refunded me everything after a month of trying to get a resolution.
Called three time to fix the problem with my tv. went through the procedure to reset tv and it is no better. they want me to live with the problem cause they want send a tech out to repair it or give me a new tv. really tired of trying to repair a problem that exist and they say all the hardware is ok. Well it is not. going on two years and costco won't do anything and square trade cant repair it over the phone.
First of all I uploaded all receipts when I registered my product with Square trade but then when I needed service had to find all receipts and etc and upload again, then went to their website to start a claim but it wouldn't let me saying my product should be under manufacture warrant, which it wasn't, and I had to start an on-line chat session with an agent and he told me the same thing and I had to explain to him that it wasn't under manufacture warranty, then again he wanted me to upload all my receipts again, which woul... read more
It’s been weeks with at least 10 calls and for chats later to Pakistan. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful but no one could seem to get the job done.....Now they told me my issue was resolved, I don’t have a check in hand! It may be resolved on their end but not mine.......
19 month old electronic component threw in the towel and Square Trade covered it, no if's, and's, or but's. Far exceeded expectations.
