Glad I bought the protection plan. I usually don’t. This HP All In One is a lemon. The repair took a little longer than I had hoped and when it was returned, the unit was upside down in the box from what the shipping stickers indicated “this side up.” Ink had leaked out making a mess.
I regret ever getting a warranty through this company. I got a warranty on a very expensive product, the email I used to set up the online account was compromised and I lost access to it and I spent weeks trying to recover my warranty account due to this. I had to resort to filing a complaint with the better business bureau in order to find any resolution at all, no one from your company was any help at any point, I did everything that was asked of me submitted all the information that was requested, and still got nowhere. Not a user friendly user application. After logging into my acct nothing references what ebay item the plan is covering. Just wasteing a lot of time between ebay and acct. Seems like a easy thing to cotrect.
I am still waiting for the $28.80 that I paid for the Fedex box and the All State promised to refund.

Had trouble with a PS5 controller. Had some trouble on my end in the beginning setting up the claim. Again my fault at first. Sent it back and when it was returned saying it was certified repaired and tested, I thought everything was done. Unfortunately the repair was garbage. It now works worse than it did before not to mention that the emblem and button now sink down into the controller. Horrible job. Not bothering to send it back again and not purchasing any other plans with this company
