I called about my Home Depot battery because it is no longer working and I sent the necessary pictures and proof of receipt, and I was told that my claim has been denied without reason and I was advised to call to speak to somebody for further explanation. When I called, the representative was extremely rude and told me that she cannot assist me and she told me that she was going to hang up on me and hung up the call.

I'd love for someone in charge can phone me so that I can get the facts once and for all when I phoned back however I was told the warranty still worked and my item was covered (my office chair which fell apart months ago and is being held together by duct tape. I bought a pan for my Beats earbuds because they notoriously like to die. Just one side. So I went to file a claim last week because the left one isn’t working right. I didn’t know I had to upload a receipt so I did. I went through the claim process and the only option it gave me was to go to a store 3.5 hours away from where I live to have it repaired. Our vacuum burned out and we sent it in only for it to come back with less suction and sounds different. It’s better than when it wasn’t working at all but definitely thought we’d get it back better or a new vacuum.

I paid $ 89.00 + the taxes on my item you shorted me by keeping that part I wasn't able to replace my tablet my gift card was short of what I paid so I doubt very much I'll be using your services ever again

I had to call a couple different numbers before I was put in contact with the right person. I explained the net has broken from the game, and that I would need a replacement net. I was told one would be shipped to me. I have not received anything, and now need to call back. It's irritating.
