This warranty company has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish. They repeatedly scheduled service dates without ever confirming with me, the homeowner, which caused major inconvenience. When I tried explaining the issue with my washing machine, the representatives seemed to have no understanding of what I was talking about. One rep told me to put the receipt for any shipping supplies I purchased inside the box and I would be reimbursed for that. When I wanted to check on the progress, they were emphatic I would NOT be refunded. No matter what I said, no dice! I find it very difficult to deal with a company that doesn’t stand by their statements, they just lack integrity.

Going on week 3 without a working dryer. First they sent wrong part then took over a week to reply on next step, then asked for video and still no update 3 weeks later since first reported. Will not buy another square trade / allstate protection plan again especially for a major appliance. I could have had it serviced already with other company if not waiting to get it resolved via the painfully slow protection plan process. Claim management website is awful with no number to call for support

I don't know if they cover purchases because I can't get that far. The email they send you does not have a link attached on the computer. When I use my phone it says its a fraud website. When I try to just search google for it... 1) Enter email to confirm. 2) Go to email to confirm email is correct. 3) We have sent you an email, go to email to confirm... I think you get the point. The customer service plan purchased from HSN was given to representatives. Kept stating warranty was wrong. I informed them it was the ones that HSN supplied, on last claim the representative contacted HSN to verify the warranty. This time just kept telling me was wrong, HSN just kept giving same warranty. Wal mart sent an email saying we had a business delivery. We had no idea it was our new TV. We weren't given a delivery time; just that it had been delivered. We were at a doctor's appointment. The delivery should have called to verify we'd be home.
The reason you bought warranty just in case you have problem with the product but instead giving you a hard time with your claim.
