I had to submit pics of the damage 3 times and after that the company.never made contact with Mr I had to call them to check on warranty coverage. I would not want anyone to have this kind of experience!! In all it took a month to get my warranty coverage on a scratched pair of sunglasses.

I was given 3 choices and none are the same quality as the one I purchased. And now the one we accepted as an exchange is not holding a charge. I'm not even sure how to go about exchanging the replacement now!
I submitted my invoice/bill for the full Amount and there was a deposit on $50 on the bill. I was reimbursed the amount minus the $50 which is part of the total amount. I called and I still have t heard from anyone from Allstate protection plan.

Laptop screen cracked with laptop sent for repair. Laptop came back but screen wouldn't turn off. At this point, SquareTtade should have reimbursed for full cost, instead of having to provide repair receipt.
I was not sure that the samsung tv would last being that it was a cheaper model! So i purchased the allstate 3 year protection plan just in case! within 2 years tv had a black line in it. So i filled out some stuff online for allstate and called sent pictures and from there they give u an option to pick what kind of tv replacement u may want to have. pretty simple, but unfortunate that i cant add a extended warranty with it..
I had to talk to two associates in order to get my issue resolved and Allstate hasn’t sent my refund check still and they emailed me they would last week.
