I purchased the warranty in the event of a problem with the 6 chair pads. Now 1 set has become damaged/defected due to the outside elements or other; I'm being told to provide pics and being harassed about a simple replacement set. I wasn't given instructions of a pic/pics needed until after I received an email stating approved- therefore I toasted on the trash. Item was picked up prior to the 2nd of emails. Terrible! The product was ordered online so I did not have original register receipt. Every time I called a new claim was submitted but they could see where I had called before. Very frustrating

We purchase extended warranties on all of our TVs from Costco. Our Vizio TV just quit working after 2 years. We called Allstate Protection and first, they sent me a TV that literally had a remote that you could not input the channel - just up and down arrow. Also, the TV was not highly rated. I explained that I wanted a replacement that was comparable to the TV that broke with a remote that I could input the channel (since we have 160 channels -- imagine having to go to the highest channel by clicking the up arrow). Never received the tv. Keep receiving text messages saying my order is on the way but nothing comes. Would like a refund now

Although my claim was approved and processed quickly, I have not received the Walmart gift card that was supposed to reimburse my expenses for repairing my covered Dell Laptop. Twice I have returned to Allstate and still I have not received my Walmart gift card that was supposed to reimburse my expenses for repair. There is a serious breakdown in communication between Allstate and Walmart that I do not know how to fix.

i got my money back once the inspection took place, my issue is that i spent my own money on the product yet the refund was a gift card forcing me to spend the money at the same place i purchased the original product.. i understand that i agreed to that when i bought the protection plan and it sure is nice to have had the protection but being forced to spend my money somewhere that sold bad product to begin with is annoying..

After multiple times being transferred from person to person on the phone two separate times regarding the same product warranty, I received one check that bounced and the replacement check had printing so faded, that the bank would not even attempt to cash it! Feels like a scam! Even the review experience is horrible! It is being *flagged* saying that I have profanity in my review, when that is clearly not the case.
