Why pay for a warranty that doesn’t actually take care of the issue in a timely manner, but rather draw out the process to avoid fixing the problem. Extremely frustrating!

I made 40 attempts to take the pictures of my phone to register. I had already canceled my existing plan because as soon as I bought it I thought I was covered but it turns out I needed to submit photos and I could not so I called in to find out the next step and the guy on the phone told me that I was already covered by the insurance. Don't worry about it about a week later. I get an email saying that my protection plan is canceled and they're refunding my money. First of all, the people over the phone are very nice to work with. However, I was very surprised my claim was denied because it was related to weather. My canopy cover developed multiple rips and I reported that it happened from wind. Since this is an outside product, I was very surprised the insurance did not cover weather related issues. I did not say it was during a hurricane or tornado but just during a day when it was very windy.

I filed a claim for my blue gateway laptop as it started warping severely and sent picture of reciept they said they would send another laptop similar to mine in 2 to 3 days and it has been three weeks and no computer

My claim was approved almost 3 weeks ago. I was told I would receive my gift card in 1 business day. It's been almost 3 weeks.
