Agent was rude and unwilling to cooperate
I contacted Allstate Protection Plans for a PurSteam Iron that I purchased last November of 2022 and they told me my iron was still under warranty so I should contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer on August 14, but never got a reply from them. I contacted them again a few days later and again no reply. I contacted the manufacturer a third time on 8/28/23 and still no reply. Sent photos of camaged chair, Received form, the confirmation, then check for complete purchase amount for defective furniture from Wayfair.
The first person said that I would be reimbursed up to the full amount of the total cost of my old TV and I wasn't just because I chose a better one with better features. It should not work that way and I was ripped off with this plan. I am so disappointed that Allstate has anything to do with it. I didn't even have my other TV that long and should have been reimbursed the entire amount no matter what TV I purchased. I had to reach out several times for the same problem. Agents sometimes seemed agitated and were unhelpful. When my package was stolen they treated me like it was my fault. I was very disappointed because I am a long time customer and have never had this issue until recently.

Increases premium like hell. I feel like crying. And never passes claims. Allstate is not the best as what they claim.

I GOT MY PERTECTION MONEY AND IT'S REALLY SO COOL TO BE WITH A COMPANY WHOM HAVE YOUR BACK IN GETTING PAID BACK IF YOUR PRODUCT TEND TO JUST DON'T WORK ANYMORE FOR YOU. SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THIS COMPANY WILL BACK YOU UP. JUST MAKE SURE YOU PDF ALL YOUR COPIES OF YOUR SALE RECEIPTS AND UPLOAD THEN.
I’m always trying to be cautious and insure any big items I purchase but when items aren’t covered due to natural disasters beyond my control it’s a waste of money. I’ve waste much money with insurance period.
