Finally I called NFM the company were I bought the warranty to Get help one person listen to me and made a settlement. It took two weeks.

My computer died so I sent it to the them and they said they can’t fix it so they sent me the check
I had to make 10 phone calls into AllState for my issue to be resolved. I made a purchase and was trying to get a refund of money. Instead of getting my money back I received an egift card to be used at Walmart.
Had to google for a contact #. Claim resolution check over 1 week late.

I was unable to get my item repaired or replaced. They state contact the manufacturer. It has been two weeks and they haven’t responded and aren’t able to assist.
