I couldn't make my claim on the website.. I have to call 3 times customer service. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for the Box
No hassle. Sent in a non working versa watch and SquareTrade fixed it and sent it back.
Following email instructions, I contacted AIT on 4/20. I contacted them via phone ( spoke with Karen on 27th ) since I hadn't heard back. I was given a direct number to the shipper. Over several days, I tried in vain to reach somebody named Corey. His phone would never get answered and he never called back. I called the 18774334248 number again and spoke with Jackie on the 29th. Stay away from Square Trade. Poor system. You pay and no response when you try and get your product fixed. They are a rip off company. Stsy away, stay happy. Just return product to the store. No more square trade. BBB Will be notified
I had a battery issues as well as a software issue. Neither were addressed, Squaretrade just resent my watch.
Phone is definitely not fixed.
They paid me after getting 4 vaccumes fr manufacturer warrantee.
I paid 197.63 and I was only refunded 149.69 They would not even fix my Fitbit just refunded part of my money. I paid for a 3 year warranty but only got one year of use without a refund. Will not be using square trade again. Horrible service
My old phone keep shutting off even right after it had been charged. It showed it was fully charged but it would just go dead. Called Consumer Cellular and they told me I had insurance and have me the number of Square Trade and my insurance information. Called and within 2 days I had a new phone and shipped the old one back.
