I sent in a laptop for repair. For whatever reason instead of repairing it they sent me a virtual card for replacement. I ended up paying another $116.?? For another laptop. Prices are up now. Downside is if you have to pay $50+ for a warranty then over $116 for the difference you just as well pay cash and be done with it! I responded to the email about ordering an replacement and I don't know if it was ordered? No reply back on status. No customer service phone number to call. I have to email and wait for an answer. When I talk to someone in the chat, I'm told to send an email. Then when they call, I'm told to send an email to request a tracking number. No one works nowadays.

This plan was purchased even though the buyer should have known it was not a good value. We refrained from making a claim early and made spot cleanings as needed. Over time the spot cleaning was not sufficient and we decided to pursue a deeper cleaning. The claim process wasn’t very clear. And the response was just as lacking as I had expected.

I didn't enjoy my experience, I was referred to the iPhone company. I have the iPhone XR and it gets really overheated. My fingers feel tingly and it's like they are being burned from the inside out. Of course Allstate wouldn't settle this so I had to contact Apple and they suggest it's the battery. I just got this phone in December of 24 and now it already needs a battery. I bought this Island Grill last year at a great price $999. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty but I was not happy with the solution for me to be reimburse, when the same grill cost now from $2399 - -$2999 and I think it should be replaced instead. The grill was worked phenomenal until now.
After the claim was submitted, I discovered that my range had an odd requirement for it to actually work. After informing the manufacturer of the fact I didn’t need it repaired, I logged into my account @ Allstate and discovered that the claim had already been closed. Even though that’s what had intended to do, don’t know why they had already closed it, without any communication to me regarding it.
I was given and appointments by All State. Which does not coincide with your vendors. Which conveniently pushes your appointments. Beyond 5 day mark for repairs. Not surprising. Standard with all companies. Surely this is just a one off issue.
