APP was far from seamless in what I needed. Had to reply to an email, still had to call and then the check was for the wrong amount. Had to call again to get it resolved. Training with employees is still needed to get this process to feel easier. It's worth the hassle but not sure why creating the hassle seems to be the norm with every insurance company on the planet.

I've purchased many protection plans with square trade and have used one or two in the past but this last time left a real sour taste in my mouth. After meeting all the requirements of the automated system I wasn't able to resolve my issue. I filed a claim but I have not received a response
Submitted claim and was told apple was responsible, then apple said no, then Allstate said they would repair, not replace. Still don’t have my watch back but what a hassle!!

Made two appointments and the guy never showed up after waiting at home two different dates. Called in and was told three separate times that we would be called back the next day. No one ever called back so we kept calling. Then to be told there is no one to fix it. Had to return parts that were sent. This is not good service at all. You guys really need to do better. Horrible customer service.

I was given a refund on a virtual card. I accidentally deleted the email. I am having a problem having that reissued and continue to get told the claim is being reviewed.

Customer service from "AllState" was absolutely horrible! Square Trade handled both situations! Wal-Mart customer service was horrible! So Walmart sells the AllState Plan, then shucks the responsibility. AllState shucks their responsibility, Square Trade handled the situations. Now the second situation is not completely resolved yet anyway. Registration for replacement TV was supposed to be automatic! Wal-Mart failed, AllState failed, Square Trade registered it! It still hasn't shown up on my plans!
they did not honor my protection plan on the item I had tried to file a claim for, one was a glass accent table that was cracked when we received it and we wanted a refund for the item so we could purchase another one and i did provide a photo of the item as proof and I was denied my refund.
