We sent several emails and never heard anything back. The remote to my son’s bed broke and Walmart wanted us to tear the bed down and send everything back. Well if we do my son will have no bed. We just need another remote.

It took filing claims 4 times before they helped. I still haven’t received the promised payment. My recliner hasn’t worked for over a year. I’m 70 years old and I need a chair that works!

Parts delivered to repair refrigerator. FIF Service texted to change appointment from Friday to Saturday to install the parts. They never showed up or called. George Cerutti claim no. 083873644137

1. Initial steps to determine the TV was defective took about one hour. Lost my programming as process required a reset to manufacturer setting, then had to reprogram TV to my setting. 2. New TV arrived defective. Required two adults to set-up the heavy TV, then found that the TV was defective. Determined after speaking to name-brand technician. Required 2 hours of time. 3. Now, again, waiting for response from Allstate Protection personnel for next step. Will be satisfied when my purchase price monies returned.
