easy to get the claim process started and get someone on the phone. we were told it takes 2-5 days to fix unless a part is needed. there has been no communication with updates. we keep calling and are told the same thing - we need a part. they told us the part was coming on a specific date, it didn't. they cannot tell us when it will be fixed. they told us they can get us an update in 1-2 days. it has been 3 weeks and we have no idea when we are getting the laptop back. very frustrated and very disappointed

I have tried to get ahold of Walmart about the issues I had, they sent me an email saying that it was redirected to the new email address, Never got an answer,sent another email, still never got an answer. I didn't even get the full amount of what I paid for the product minus the protection plan obviously. So I didn't get what I paid for the product back and of course it went up in price. I'm kind of upset about that.

Sent my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller in for repair. They fixed what was wrong, but when it came back it has something rattling around and right trigger sticks. Now my controller is out of warranty.

I was happy when they were sending a repair person out but I had to repeat the same steps with 3 different people before that . Once the repair person came the TV could not be fixed. Allstate was quick to offer me a New solution unfortunately, it was definitely superior to the TV I had. I sent them the info and they are supposed to be getting back to me with hopefully a better solution. Meanwhile that was two days ago and I am now over a week without a TV or resolution

Opened a claim, and provided requested information and had to follow with additional information. Claim is still not settled and this process is taking longer than expected.

I filled out the form telling them what was wrong. I had to ship the vacuum to them at my expense, which was alright. There were no instructions stating to just send the broken item and not the attachments so I of course sent the hose with it. They repaired it fast enough and returned it to me without the hose. I asked them where my hose was and they said i should not have send it. I stated it did not state that on the return form. They supposedly looked for it and could not find it.
