It's been a week and I was told the parts for the TV would be here within 2 to 5 days. They haven't arrived. Then I was provided an email to schedule an in-home repair. The link in the email doesn't work and I am unable to schedule a repair. I've had to call Allstate and speak directly with a representative who can't give me a direct answer and who cannot help scheduling the repair.

first i purchase the plan and get charged twice for it and they deny it then after 20 days they cancel it without any reason and they list no phone number to call and the chat is a joke
