Can’t get in touch with anyone. When you do you have to hold on phone for 45 min. Way to hard to talk to someone who speaks the same language and understands your problem.

We purchased this plan so our TV would have extended coverage. At the time of purchase we were told it was a great service plan. Our TV has been well cared for and used very lightly but started having issues with shutting itself off and on by itself. We contacted the Square Trade and they are stating that the issue is "firmware" related and refuses to even have it looked at. I have bought and use SquareTrade/ Allstate for years for all of my needs. The service was so poor this time around that I have canceled all of my on going contracts and will NEVER use them again !!!!!!!

They had me sit on the phone for 45 min to try and resolve the issue. That didn't work so they did stuff on their end which didn't work either and then they wanted us to call roku so we did.. still not working so we started the whole process over, they decided it was a roku issue even after we told them all other 6 TV's in the house were working great! I was given a form to fill out for a paid claim then a email that reversed that claim. I was given the number to the manufacture and after several messages no one returned my calls and they never answer the phone. I am out of money and my claim is marked closed.
