I was given no explanation as to why the accidental warranty was not offered to me. I spent $1500 on a T.V. atCostco and bought the only warranty offered to me ( standard ) only to find out my issue will not be covered. No point in buying warranties anymore.

It took so many contacts with Allstate to get my claim for a $20 TV antenna resolved. A prolonged, extremely painful experience. In the end, after first being told my claim was denied, and after I had to whine a little, magically my claim was approved. Hopefully the check is in the mail but, based on my experience with Allstate to date, I'll believe it when I see it. I spent more time in chat exchanges just to get a reduced, pro-rata settlement on my antenna. Wouldn't want to ever go through this again!
I was paid out and told that I can throw everything away once I receive my payment 3 days later allstate square trade opened up an investigation and is now refusing to pay me back because I don't have a receipt from 6 months ago a supervisor Ruthanne called Walmart with me and Walmart said they can't go back that far anymore and I'm still waiting for my money almost a month later

I tried to make a claim and get a return sticker but it showed up blank on my phone.. Then I had to contact the help website and they said go on your computer… What if I didn’t have one.. So I went on my computer and it was there.. But Sheesh I shouldn’t of had to do that..
