Filed claim on my phone. Replacement phone was set for my wife's phone. Spent 3 hrs one Saturday with claims agent and provider's rep. Return label was never initiated. Called provider back. Return label never sent so used emailed copy. Need to rile a new claim because phone still not working right.

I’ve emailed squaretrade 4 different times and cannot receive my username or password. I was told the site was down for maintenance. I started a claim by phone and never received the claim pdf to fill out and ship. I did recover a survey but still no claim information.

I had to call numerous times to get my problem resolved. Every time I called I had to give them the same information over and over again. It took several phone calls to resolve this issue.

I was promised a e-card from Walmart for my printer that tore up and they tried on my printer and couldn’t get it going and I have a hobbie business that I sell off of eBay and I print my on labels and saves me money and now I have to write their name and address and send to post office and cost me more I paid for the insurance and I have not got my e-card for Walmart I want my card where I can use it I had a warranty for till 2024 so pay up Sammy Ward

It was hard to contact a live agent about my product that I had under warranty. There is no communication about what’s going. Everything is emails, not everyone can deal with the email stuff.
