La reclamación se hizo difícil. La tienda Humacao no proveyó número para reclamar. Tienda online donde compré no me dieron el número correcto. Tuve que ir a las redes y buscar varios números, llamar a cada uno hasta encontrar el correcto para reclamar. Para que arreglen el enser también es difícil. Uno busca el técnico y pagando de mí bolsillo.

They sent me a broken car for replacement, and when i talked to them they said wait for an email in the next 2 days but i didn’t receive anything until now

Costco employee rang up wrong purchase plan ( no difference on the Costco receipt- just wrong plu). Allstate took two weeks , countless phone calls & photo requests to just close the claim & never told me. I had to wait on hold , again , just to hear that you denied my claim. I did nothing wrong & paid same dollar amount for insurance plan with you. Do you not notify your customers when there is a change on their claim status ? Can you not hire more people to answer your calls ? Outrageous & most unprofessional.

I was called twice yesterday to confirm my 4 hr window of 8:30-12:30 . Stayed home and was called at 9:15 this morning to cancel!!! My appointment has been rescheduled for Saturday. At this point I have to keep my whole day open til they call with a window. I should have been alerted earlier or there should be a backup! Not happy!

I received a payout which is less than amount to purchase item and was told to send email for adjustment but have yet to receive an answer to said Email

My ONN tablet was delivered to Allstate on the 24th of February. I called for an update and was told to wait to hear from them. I have been waiting, and even went on the website and was told I would hear from someone. As of today, March 4th, no one has gotten back to me. This was the third time it's been in for repair for a keyboard that doesn't work. It was sent back to me with a keyboard still not working. I would expect better with my extended warranty that I purchased.

claim was approved Feb 11th and was told I would receive phone 3-5 business days, it is now the 25th and have yet to receive phone or any information regarding said phone.
