Every single conversation I had with them, led to me being told it would take "24-48 business hours". Unacceptable. It took way too long to even order and ship my TV. This was not a pleasant experience in any way. I got absolutely sick of hearing "24-48 business hours". They need to work on this.

Phone crashed. Android Samsung galaxy A02s phone....Consumer Cellular...Target. Took 40 mins. wait time to get to talk to a CC rep. Told to take to point of purchase 40 mi. away,to verify that phone was not fixable. Told to go back home and file claim on line with Allstate. Couldn't complete because they had to send a code to phone number of record which was disabled phone and unable to receive. I submitted the paperwork requested, was sent an email back asking for additional info, when clicking the link it took me to the exact page as before not telling what additional info needed. Did this 3 too. Finally I sent a request for help… got nothing back… typical insurance runaround

I purchased my product online from Walmart! Purchased the protection plan same time! It said I didn’t need to register it! What a joke no you don’t need to register it however you need your receipt or they won’t process your claim! I spent a lot of time on the phone! I didn’t receive my label and had to go to the web site to try and get one this was a slow process! They also didn’t tell me that you submit your photos on the email for your receipt wasted time on that! Please get your act together and explain the process
