I contacted Allstate and appears they were going to be looking for me an ice maker but I haven’t heard anything from them since. Still no ice maker replacement.

The process for obtaining a resolution to my issue-a television with a black screen-was excruciatingly difficult. I had to literally jump through hoops, taking videos and pictures of the black screen, and endless emails before a real person was sent to fix my tv. After all that, the tech was unable to fix the issue. I was then given a choice of 3 budget brand tv's to choose my replacement. This still unseen replacement will take another week to be delivered. Phone was not replaced, no effort was made to replace it and I felt like I was pressured to accept a check that didn't come close to replacement costs of my phone that was only 2 months old. Very disappointed with the way you operate and will not recommend your service to anyone.

I started a claim for my cell phone, December 1st. I submitted my receipt for repairs, December 12 ( took some time to figure out how to submit). I have not yet received reimbursement. I sent a follow up on February 19 and still have not heard from anyone.

I was very disappointed as I brought these as a gift. They didn’t even last 3 months. When notified I was given the option to select a replacement. I was also informed that my warranty that I purchased would not carry over to the replacement. I was told that I would have the replacement between the 15th and 17th of the month. And as of the 21st it has still not arrived and Walmart would not take it as a return.

it would have been quicker just to refund my money for the computer,so i could go buy another one who knowa how long the parts will take to come in .. so i am without use of the computer.... there should be some type of compinsation for this............ not happy at all
