I purchased a protection plan on eBay for a set of ear buds. I never received anything from Allstate. Nothing but a tracking number that only shows that it was generated. I attempted to contact Allstateus 3 times in eBay messages and NEVER got a response. Since it is an item that is classed as 'not returnable', eBay is of no use either even though I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! I would really like Allstate to contact me about this and resolve it. We bought the insurance plan for our 65 inch LG Oled TV. Since the TV costs $2400. We wanted to make sure that it was covered for any problems beyond the standard warranty. Well fast forward 3 1/2 years and we have a green blob showing in the center of our picture. When I contacted Allstate to use my warranty I was told that I had burn in from keeping a static image on pause on the TV and that it's not included in the warranty..And they won't repair or replace. The TV picture was going black from the left side. I took pictures and sent them too Allstate. After reviewing the pictures, I was told that in fact the TV would be replaced or a certain amount of money would be sent to me. When I was told what kind of TV they would send, I told them it was unacceptable. The TV they were going to send was far inferior to the one I had. I indicated that I would prefer a refurbished Samsung or a check to cover my loss. I was very happy to receive a check to cover the cost of a new TV.

I bought a computer used on eBay. It worked for a while until the screen developed a dim grey bar in the middle. I sent it in for Warranty repair, and Allstate claimed I had caused the damage and so it was not covered. There's no evidence of that. The computer has been well cared for, it just failed.

I'm still waiting over a week later for my money to get a new coffee maker. Everyone was great to deal with but I'm still waiting on the money to get the coffee. Very disappointed.

It’s been a nightmare trying to file a claim for headphones. Online system is not user friendly. Agent was nice. Finally filed a claim and no way to check status. Online stats says action needed and also says claim closed. I would never buy this again.

I filed my claim through the Allstate square trade website March 17th for my microwave. I had the 3 year protection plan. The microwave is smoking and popping. The claim was accepted and I chose the gift card reimbursement because it said I would receive the refund within one day. Received an email saying I would receive the email within one day. Never received a gift card. 6 calls later it is currently April 9th still no gift card. So much for getting a replacement microwave within a few days. It's been weeks. Still getting... read more

I bought my Vizio 65” tv from Walmart and insured it with the Allstate warranty and now that I found my self with the need to file a claim for the tv they want to replace it with a tv that is a lesser value than what I pay for my tv and they are refusing to give me the money back so I can purchase it my self.
