web site does not offer much help, hard to navigate, your automated chat , also was not helpful. accesses to live agent was not easy. my issues where taken care of with the help of a rep from Sams Club.

Tried reaching a live person but nothing but endless loop messages. Terrible!!!

To say you cover stains but don’t cover the smell created by it is ludicrous. But hey, whatever makes the shareholders more money!

It has taken 3 weeks on claim on a dishwasher. AND it’s NOT complete. Every 2 days I’m requested to send in more information. This has happened 4 times. Called 4 times and NOT resolved.

I had to try and solve the problem on my own and it still didn’t work. My claim was cancelled without making sure it was resolved.

Must file online, did this Waited for service company to schedule visit, ok Person arrives, looks at chair, leaves without repairing, saying he would have to disassemble to know for sure Parts need to be ordered…but how did you know what parts? Over a month later, call repair place. Waiting on parts. Call Square…could take up to 14 weeks for parts…hmmm 2 months later, box of part(s) arrives, email for review arrives…but still no repair. I originally had a 44 lb ice maker, but received a 33 lb ice maker for replacement. That's about 80.00 difference in price. Not happy
