I don't ever, ever want to deal with them again. I have been dealing with a claim since Feb 4th, 2023, that was approved the same day and egift card paid out. I went to use egift card, gone, nonexistent, find out days later, when I HAD TO CALL, it was audited, because I had to show proof of purchase. 1st it took so long to come out. Then repair did not work. Going on almost 2 weeks and still not fixed now we have to wait again will never buy warranty from them again.

One of our Puretalk phones covered by the Square Trade/Allstate plan stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I filed a claim after a mix-up with policy coverage was cleared up. I took the Apple phone to a certified Apple repair facility as recommended by Allstate. After a wasted afternoon, nothing was able to be fixed by the repair facility, so I returned home. Only acceptable from Allstate because they gave an immediate, uncontested refund. I have had other claims with Allstate where they utterly refused to help me or honor their word and always had a irrelevant silly excuse as to why they wouldn't.
