I had several conversations with customer support and still have not received the parts to fix my tv or the service company that will in fact do the work. The last one I talked to (Ashkhan) said he would send me an email telling me about the shipping of the parts and of course he did not . I am still waiting for the information. After the first repair attempt to the washing machine. Which did not repair the appliance. A reorder for proper parts was taken care of by repair shop. This was on 12/03/2024. On 12/12/24 I was sent an update to as upcoming appointment. However, the track my appointment link only goes back to the original appointment date of 12/03/24. The quickness of the claim I was totally satisfied with. However, the Pioneer TV you gave me has syncing issues. The sound comes a few seconds after the tv program speaks. Syncing issues called Pioneer they tried the same things I did and we are still having problems. Very disappointed. What can be done about this. Pioneer told us to go back to Costco where we bought it and Costco said to come to you to get a new TV that works. Please advise.

After multiple phone calls, the technician has been to my home to resolve the issue with the refrigerator three times and it is still not fixed and not working. This has been frustrating.
Waited 2 weeks for a tv and ended up with another broken tv. Been waiting again with no conclusion on my case. Also was given a tv that cost less than my original.
