The issue was not resolved, there was no follow up to see if the issue was resolved..was told that I would get a link to help fix the issue but never got the link only got an email asking for a ratings,, not worth the extra money to get this service,,would recommend anyone to shop around and find someone that offers a real service plan not this fake plan

My husband's phone completely quit on him and we called Square Trade to process a claim. Our expectation was to be sent to a store that could repair it that day or at most, finished the next day for pick up. This happened, albeit very clumsily as the Square Trade rep did not know our area at all, nor understand our need for something nearby as we are elderly and only take buses wherever we need to go. Square Trade (Allstate) protection plan is a scam! I filed a claim for a refrigerator repair 7 months ago. I submitted receipts several times. They responded with multiple excuses not to pay...ranging from I didn't submit the receipts to the receipts were blurry. Hamza at Claim Review said to call customer service. Customer service said to submit the receipts to claim review. I have sent the receipts to Hamza several times. I've even forwarded emails to her showing that she received the receipts. I had to worst experience this time around with the warranty policy. I feel like damned if you do damned if you don't. My TV was shutting off by itself, we troubleshooted it prior. And they said if it keeps happening after troubleshooting, call back ask to speak with a supervisor explain that we had trouble shooted the situation already and that the TV was still having problems and from that point they were supposed to find a permanent solution for my problem. I bought two outdoor garages, and two Allstate three year plans. When I went to use the policies, they only had one policy on record, and the other one did not exist. Therefore, I was given money for one of my damaged carports, but the other one, I'm not getting paid for yet. Very chaotic, and everything they say they're going to do they don't do. It has been three weeks and I still don't have a tracking number for my item because it hasn't shipped. I just keep getting a message saying that I will receive my tracking number in 2 business days. My local Walmart has what I need in stock. Why won't they just allow me to pick it up there?

I had an issue loading the page that had my shipping label on it. I contacted customer service via email to inform them of my issue. I suggested emailing an attachment rather than sending me a link. The response I received told me to try several things I'd already tried and said if that didn't work to respond to that email to receive a new shipping label.
