1) called square trade for unusual refrigerator noise - instead of sending someone out they had me turn breaker switch off for 24 hours (which means food had to be tossed out since we did not have another refrigerator to store food- took some to neighbor but they only had a little room for us to use) - said this was a manual defrost 2) after 24 hrs - still made noise - not as bad but they heard it over phone and said to now send a video and download - I said Forget It. - get someone out here - don't have me go through all th... read more

It's a waste of money. My couch broke during normal use due to a defect in workmanship , they wouldn't cover anything because they said it was a loss of resiliency. I spent an extra roughly 400 dollars for nothing

I have been waiting on a month for Squaretrade to confirm my technician that repaired my washer. I am in the process of going forward and making a complaint to BBB and go to small claims court. After numerous calls talking to about 10 supervisor no body has helped me.
