They followed through with a defective product.
Trying to make a claim was nearly impossible. I could not get through to anybody. I was passed on to different people seven times then disconnected. Finally, I was able to get through to a person. That is were things started to go really wrong. I could not get them to understand what device I was having problems with. I told them I was having a problem with my Samsung Refrigerator ice maker. I have never had problem with any other company trying to process that was so difficult. And to make it even worse it still hasn't been resolved.

TLDR: Con: hid that didn't cover accidents, tried to make me get damage paid for by someone else, confusing and contradicting warranty process. Pro: did refund the premium after coverage denied. Bought protection for a refurbished phone. Definitely were not up from that protection was not for accidents. After a few months the phone stopped working properly (FaceID broke on iPhone). The whole claims process took approximately six months and they only fixed one out of two issues. We will have to send our device back to them to repair or replace the second reason why we made the claim in the first place. This company is extremely unorganized and the claim's workers have difficulty following through on tasks such as submitting requests.

Took some time to get my warranty to show up under my email, then once repair was approved and completed, the reimbursement was delayed multiple times for the following reasons. The receipt was not marked as paid, which should not matter as the bill would be my responsibility either way Once I had the service provider mark the invoice as paid, the reviewer rejected the receipt as "altered" essentially accusing me of fraud. After filing they were to ship me a box to return the defective equipment. It has been almost three weeks and so far the return box has not come. This is not good customer service. Please contact me.
