I get insurance ,which wasn't what I thought . You tell me it covers electrical problems. The screen cracked , that's not covered . So if I get the more expensive insurance it covers 200 - 250 $ for screen . I find out the screen is 300 $ or more. Cheaper to not have insurance and buy a new phone. .

In the beginning, customer service correctly diagnosed the issue with my washer not draining correctly. They set up the appt with a company they us the following Thursday. They would be shipping me the parts. The one part would arrive 2 days before the appt and the 2nd part would arrive the day of the appt. Their company changed the appt from Thursday until Friday. Reported broken TV to Allstate, believe it was Square Trade also thought picture was bad and offered several TVs as replacements. We selected one of TV offered and it never came. It would take more than a quick grab and run. So where it the TV?

Hi Allstate, My experience with Walmart and you guys has been a nightmare. I had a computer keyboard I purchased through Walmart on line. I purchased a extended warrantee. Wel the keyboard died. I spent close to 6 1/2 hours trying to get someone to help me. That was the first day. Second day same thing, dropped calls, customer reps assuring me it will be handled. Cause I filled claim on 10/2/2024. I submitted photos, serial number of product etc. agent still sending me email asking same thing over again. Agent wants to see damaged on product, I emailed it is electrical issues not miss use or physical damaged. I called their toll free number and explained, they told me claim still under review, agent will contact me via email. I been waiting since then.

Filing, the claim is ridiculous with this company. You have all the information needed and it's not exceptional. Why offer this Service, if you're gonna make it hard for the consumer to file a claim to be reimbursed. Multiple calls and registering a claim with Allstate based on Costco's direction never produced a service visit. Finally contacted LG directly and after filing a claim with them, they sent an LG tech today. (10/15/2024). Took a total of 11 days to get a service repair on an appliance we purchased a 3-year extended warranty.
