The tech on the phone just gave thing to try , said try it for a few days and call if there is still a problem . The old stall technic. They figure no one will go to the trouble to call back. Then if you do call back they will want you to send the printer to them for service. That is stupid who is willing to be without a printer for weeks. These protection plans are a joke

Takes to long for payout and receive payment. Instead of receiving the amount you paid for your purchase they withhold a portion of it. I’ll never purchase another Allstate Protection Plan!
it was easy to file and was told would be getting a new tv, so far we have chosen 3 different tvs but still have not received due to "Hi Theresa, Thank you for replying! Unfortunately at this time we have run into availability issues with the 70UQ7590PUB. As an alternative, we are able to locate a 100012588 as a replacement model. Please take a look and let us know how you would like to proceed." Each time was offered a different model, first a Vizio, then a LG, last one was an ONN. I will never purchase this warranty again.

Had an issue with my Apple ear pods and went on your chat site. Was told had to take into an Apple repair which was 80 miles away one way and said that would not work. The lady was chatting with got it then I could send them in and see if could be fixed or what. Turns out they could not and ended up getting paid for replacement of them. Only thing been nice was talk with someone in person on a phone.
Poor due to not knowing my service was with SquareTrade as this company is now own by AllState but it took me several phone calls to finally learn about it
I was finally able to get through to file a claim after several busy messages due to the hurricane in Florida. My debit card was charged for the co-pay, but I never recieved the email saying where to take my phone for repair. I called customer service and was told there was an error made and that I would be getting that email right away.... three days later and still no email. I'm out $65 bucks and still have a phone that deposits glass shards into my face when I use it. I think I've been scammed!

I have been trying to file a claim for 3 weeks and have been put off in every way possible. Now that my claim has been accepted it looks like it is going to take another three weeks and numerous phone calls to get a shipping label. Never again will I pay for a protection plan

I was promised a refund if I return my item with the label they attached to an email. I have been unable to print it. I have sent several emails regarding this issue. It has been over a week since I started the process.
