Almost impossible to communicate with a live person. New tv was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days from nov. 1st and has not yet been received. I am very disappointed!

When I received my robot back it was full of dirt and dust including in the box. The robot has not worked correctly since receiving it. It does not go past the perimeter of my rooms even after multiple calls with shark. This was not an issue before I sent it in to get the side wheel fixed.

I purchased a 3 year protection plan on my 55"Samsung TV. 1 year 1 month later my screen goes black. I provided all my credentials and since then I have been told that m.y replacement TV would arrive on the 1st of November. NO SHOW! Then I'm told to take more pictures and send them in an email. I was very happy with my experience, until, I did no t recieve my replacement vacuum. Filed a claim, received an answer and was informed that a replacement was in order. Now I have been waiting approximately 2 weeks and still no delivery. If and when I recieve my new vacuum, I would be more than happy to update this review. If I could get anyone from ALSTATE OR WALMART, to contact me that would be great also.
