After filing claim on-line a service technician arrived about 1 week later...said the washer was not repairable and would notify Allstate the next day......after at least 7 telephone conversations, Allstate finally agreed the washer was not going to be repaired and was a total loss. Once the decision was made, the check arrived timely....just the frustration of phone calls etc and waiting for the decision was not good. Was told they would send out parts before service but they did not send them. So I called and was told the Technician would not need them after all the day before the Technician was to come out. SSo I then took off work the morning that he did come to do the repair and I was told he could not repair my issue without then pre-sending the parts. So I was told he would have to order parts. I have not heard anything since then. I called this morning, and am waiting for an answer.

I called Sony during the manufactures warranty & got the run around. Sony has the worst customer service out there. On the other hand Allstate square trade was the best decision I ever made. I received the refund w/ the quickness.
I am a DJ who bought a speaker to do partys this speaker broke I sent it in to get fixed it came back broke...I sent it in again to get fixed and was told it can't be fixed...I depended on this speaker for money...I lost parties and money and time...No one cares...I can be reached at 215-341-8161..

I reported my claim to Consumer cellular on the 19 of last week .I was told it would take 3 or 4 days. Well it is not here yet 10 days later. I have called your help line for 3 days now to find out where my phone is and each time I am told it would arrive that day .If this is a scam I do not like it and now I will call consumer cellular to let them know of your great service!

We submitted two (2) claims for a product bought on Waifair.com with the Allstate protection plan. Both of the claims were legitimate and according to the terms of the coverage, should have been covered. In both cases, the claims were denied. We will never purchase product protection plans from Allstate or any other company based on this experience.
