Your representative is telling me that the error with my TV is a software program, and it is not. I believe it is a hardware issue (22yrs experience in electric engineering). Told me to call TV manufacturer instead to troubleshoot. I've already tried the software update and it did not resolve problem. Allstate does not want to cover my extended warranty and I am very disappointed in them. Will not ever purchase another electronic item from Walmart since they now use Allstate for their extended warranty program.

They said they were sending me a new projector and now they want to send my 99 dollars that's not right I paid 100 plus tax and I bought the insurance. Why can't I get back all my money and I have nothing to watch for almost 2weeks I'm very upset

My sofa is 3 months old and was told it was a cosmetic issue that’s not covered. Sofa cost $1000 and will not be covered. How does that make sense.

Bought this plan at Costco yielding 5 year coverage on a TV. The screen developed black bubbles in year 3. Costco concierge was easy to deal with after initial troubleshooting they sent me over to Allstate. Filed the claim and handled everything from that point on via email. There is no phone number listed anywhere that I could find on their paperwork, website or emails.
