Had good luck in the past for an item covered by them. This time extremely disappointed. Bought 3 speed queen washers and 3 Allstate protection plans. 2 of the washers needed repair and I went through multiple representatives, getting the repairs done, sending the invoices. If your product is still under warranty they won’t help you instead they send you to deal with the manufacturer first. What a waste of money if I have to go through the hassle of getting in contact with the manufacturer which sometimes it is most likely located in another country. Never again will I purchase their coverage.

My phone is to sensitive. Buttons keep tripling, esp. when entering account numbers. Answering machines won’t accept triple numbers, then erase and start over. I placed a call to Consumer Cellular, then was transferred three times, finally was told I needed to be on another phone to fix this one. I only have one phone. Am I satisfied—NO !!!

Takes several calls to get a repair taken care of.
I asked for a shipping label and the response I received was check the one we sent you on 3/16 but that was the one I couldn’t pull . How difficult would it be for your company just to reply with a new label 20 days later . Incompetent!

The first time I called the guy gave me the run around and said i needed to video a bunch of stuff. When I called a month later about the same issue the guy refunded me my money, no questions asked!
