After 3 delayed appointments I am still waiting because parts have not shipped. Three mornings taken off work. Next time I'm offered a protection plan I will decline if it is with this company. Customer Service is awful and have no clue if the parts are in fact ordered. I can't believe you continue to ask for a review. I received more emails for a review than for my claim submitted. Well here's the review.

Reported a problem with my TV. Was told a local TV repair guy would be at my house in 5 days, on Friday between 8 and noon. Repair guy never called, never showed up, and his phone number was apparently disconnected. Reported the problem, and was told I would have to wait another "few" days before Allstate could get back to me. Still waiting, and no one scheduled to come. So no repaired TV for almost 2 weeks.

Well my phone had to be repaired and they definitely don’t send a device you have to send it in. Not having my phone is definitely a challenge because it’s not over night and you $150 to wait with no phone is horrible. Not to mention they gave me the runaround for uploading a receipt that I could not with T-Mobile prepaid phones do not get receipts. I was told by the (Walmart) employee who processed my transaction that the warranty I purchased for my television did cover physical damage such as drops, cracks in screen, etc. That however was not correct, the warranty did not include physical damage of any kind. I would not have purchased the warranty had I been told this. I am very disappointed

First off the protection plan doesn’t in fact cover your item it only covers $30 bucks so if it’s over the amount you are pretty much screwed.
Computer stopped working right after receiving it. Warranty processing was borderline criminal. Submitted receipt, filled out attestation form. Next day asked to send in multiple pictures of non working computer...? Told them I threw it away, they said, oh too bad, no warranty for you. I requested they show me where in the warranty it says I need to keep possession of the non working item until they say I can toss it...
