The face fell out of my Fitbit after about two years. Luckily I’d purchased a 3-year warranty. Allstate fixed it in less than a week! No fuss. Highly recommend purchasing this inexpensive warranty.
They took my call and determined TV was dead. Promptly mailed a check.
I had bought an extended warranty for a pool skimmer and when the skimmer stopped working I contacted Square Trade, I filed a claim and when I stopped typing I got the resolution and they sent me a check for the full value.
Item was sent for repair. Returned to me, not fixed. Returned again, received again...still broken. Third step & final resolution is a new item. Will continue purchasing extended warranties.
Purchased a Maytag washer dryer set and the extended warranty. The dryer stopped heating. Firs tissue was to get the claim started they required that documents be uploaded to their website. I did this and then the fun began! First they offshore the call center---where they did not know what a "dryer" was or what it did. The warranty was for a heater. I described what happened to it. They processed the claim and sent me a check which covered what I paid for the heater.
I haven’t recove anything in the mail. I want a refund or fix my issuse

I had to send my desktop in TWICE because they sent it back not working the first time, the second it came back IN PIECES. I just received it.. again.. and it says that windows is not activated and I need a windows key. Customer service gave me the runaround, I spent over an hour on the phone, with both squaretrade and dell (i was told to call them instead). Now, squaretrade said I need to purchase my own activation key even though they wiped it out ($140!!!!). I've wasted enough time and money. I don't recommend them at all... read more

New laptop HDD fried after 3 months, square trade replaced it with a used one... It fried under 2 months later... They will not replace laptop or render a reimbusement... Lets hope the third time is the charm!?
