My claim was approved I sighed the affidavits required it's been more then 8 business days and the check that was supposed to be mailed to me still hasn't. No one helps everyone keeps saying they are going to escalate my issue but no one actually resolves it.
It took 6 phones calls to finally get all the things I needed to get my refund which came in the format of a Sam's Gift card. I was never informed that my refund would be a Sam's gift card.

Talk to All-State and was instructed to send device to manufacturer, manufacturer did not cover so waited on them to send back and All-State finally took the device in. They could not fix it and now waiting on new device for over an week. No updates
I have been fighting with them for a week I'm tired of it.

They sent me a link to schedule a repair that doesn’t work… 4 different times. I had to call to schedule and then they didn’t give me the right time. This is 3 weeks later to get my tv looked at and they come and is in a hurry and “fix” 2 TV’s. Allstate sent a Canadian board that had to be reprogrammed and took some time. When I express my concern that the prompts on the tv were not normal and I was missing some features he said I would have to sign in and see and left. I’m still waiting for a technician to come out to fix my item. They’re giving me hell about it and wants to pay for slats and reimburse me later. I will not do that because it’s inconvenient for me that’s why I paid for insurance.

When I purchased the extra protection, I thought I was purchasing similar warranty I had been accustomed to but unfortunately I was informed that it does not cover accidental brokenness of Screen and phone stop working. Very disappointed.

Unbelievable amount of requests from them for a ridiculous amount of picture numerous times. Options for replacement were awful. Finally just reimbursed me amount of item.
I turned in a warranty claim for a Robo vac I was offered everything but a Robo vac until I said something still haven’t received the product shipping info it’s been over a week.
