I contacted Square Trade regarding the warranty on my product and my the claim processing was hassle-free.

Claim started. E-mail reply that I'll receive instructions in ONE day. Nothing for weeks. I e-mail them to check in. Nothing for weeks again. I e-mail them again and get a reply. I have to upload receipts again, something I already did at the start of the claim. Starting all over again! A few back and forths, only to be told that my coverage isn't even valid!!! I explained my interaction with the agent at the time of purchase, and why it was valid. Back to radio silence again. NO REPLY. They just disappeared again. TERRIBLE.... read more

My claim file video of my blinking tv “didn’t Get opened” , after 1 week. I was told a day or two. But after my second inquiry about a week later, a very kind gentleman dealt with it to my complete satisfaction! I’d definitely purchase the insurance again.
The battery on my Redback Electric lawn mower died and was not able to be recharged. Fortunately,I had purchased a SquareTrade policy when I bought it. I submitted a claim with SquareTrade and they promptly sent me a check for my claim.All I have to do now is find a good replacement battery(hard to find) and I am back to cutting my lawn again.
