I filed my claim back on 11/17/2020 and it was approved the same day. as of 12/6/2020 I have not received my refund on this claim.

When the volume button got stuck pressed in the ‘volume up’, it made it where we could not input anything else on the tv. Nothing else worked while that was depressed, we couldn’t change channels or change sources, plus; the volume was all the way up obviously. After calling SquareTrade, they quickly tell us that this was accidental damage. I purchased a FitBit charge 3 with a 3 yr warranty on 1/10/19 for my fiance's birthday. I filed a claim in September of this year because the screen was showing streaks. I sent the unit with the charger as requested by Squaretrade through FedEx. Well, I received an email that they NEVER RECEIVED the unit (just the charger). Yeah, why would I just send a charger? I purchased a protection plan and when I called to file a claim I did all the steps they required and then was told that I'd have to purchase the replacement parts. Whats the point of a protection plan if you have to rebuy all the items to fix the original product that had the plan on it. Don't buy their replacement/protection plans they apparently a scam

I packaged my speaker with the charger included and they told me it was not in there that I have to buy one and they will reimburse me but I can't find that certain charger.

So I sent in my computer for repair of my Touch Screen. It was not responding. The computer was fixed in a day. They put a whole new screen on the computer, essentially, replacing the top of my computer. I did do a backup on my computer prior to sending it in but it did not do a proper backup so I had lots of work to do for everything that I lost! Hours! And still not done. It was actually very easy I received a gift card within 48 hours and bought a new vacuum I would not hesitate to use this type of insurance again as a matter of fact I put it on my new vacuum
I talked to 8 different people, 3 different chats, couldn't access on line form. Very frustrating. Jason was finally able to get my claim entered.
