Told to send to manufacturer, manufacturer did not cover damage. Issue has not been resolved by SquareTrade.

Took several days to file a claim the website was a nightmare

Called 7 times, said my product would be replaced, sent me an email saying they needed the info I already sent them. Then they couldn't replace. Gonna send a check, still haven't heard anything in a week
