Out come was not what I was expecting. Expecting a replacement and received a refund. Was told I would receive a replacement. Never was notified differently. Just received a email that I was being given a ecard. Never was consulted about change.

We spent money on a ring, bought the insurance on it just in case, and when something did happen, they wouldn’t fix my ring. It has sentimental value more so than anything else.

My laptop died! I'd had it so long I just knew the warrantee was expired, but it wasn't! The nice computer guy helped me go through some diagnostics to find the problem. He was so patient, with me, a 50 plus, non computer person! Turns out my hard drive died. But because of the 3year warrantee I purchased, Square Trade gave me a label to print out and Fed Ex picked up my laptop. My device was breaking down luckily I bought a viable warranty. I rolled a quick claim and they sent a bee device. I did not have to go through a return of the broken device
they quickly setup a claim and sent me a prepaid label to send broken equipment back. they are reviewing if equipment can be fixed for the past week. waiting on final determination
