Sought replacement for defective TV. On April 30 we received an email to select replacement which we did. Waited 13 business days...no TV. Called and was told we did not order even though we had the email to prove we did. Representative did not speak English well and was very hard to understand. She found our order and said they would expedite the TV. Now we have to wait another 7 to 10 business days.

I was supposed to receive a MasterCard, to replace my product and haven't received it yet

They did not want to replace my 10 in portal with the same item. They offered me a 5 inch version,even though the 10 inch is still available.

2 grass trimmers both covered under your $45 each warranty plans. Took 5 days, way too many phone calls, way too many chats and entirely too many emails to get you to understand that there are no businesses in the area that fix grass trimmers. Thank you for refunding the cost of trimmers but I did not get the money back from the warranties purchased. I will never buy anything from suaretrade or all state going forward

Appointment is supposed to be tomorrow and so far no technician has reached out to me to verify time. Find interesting you ask for experience before the job is even done.

Horrible I paid for insurance for nothing I wasn't able to get a replacement but the store manager gave me a refund back for just the headset but on a Walmart gift card so I had to buy a whole new headset and OF COURSE HAD TO BUY AGAIN FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE INSURED AGAIN
