I purchased a square trade warranty on my Walmart Apple Airpods. The airpods lasted 6 months i called Square Trade and they said i had to wait 6 more months beacause they have a 1yr factory warranty. So i called apple and they said they can only send me a reconditioned set for $157.00. Square Trade said they would reimburse me. So i paid Apple and got my replacement set. My 1 year old TV started showing weird lines across the screen for the past 2 weeks and gradually more disturbing. I reached out to Square Trade for a resolution. Day 1 they asked for photos and on Day 2 they asked for even more photos. On Day 2, I called them to check if photos met their requirements, and the service agent asked to wait till the end of day for the claimed result.
