As soon as the shipping notice came from Fed Ex I started calling to get it fixed 4 half hour phone calls. Four times I was told it was fixed. Had to drive 150 miles to get it where it needed to be. Lied to multiple times. Very disappointing.

I am not sure what is happening. But it took me 8 phone calls to finally get someone to help. The website said to call. That I could not send in the computer via the website. The agents were all friendly, but some were misinformed and thought I needed to go to Costco...which was incorrect. M.

Did nothing but give excuses about the system of the TV. When I was taking to the tech on the phone from Square Trade the TV went blank. The guy couldn't care less. He told me he wanted me to sit with my cell phone and video the TV until it acted up again, Most RIDICULOUS and unproffesional thing I have ever been told to do.

Agent tried to get computer to run, tried several methods to no avail..sent a shipping label and shipped for repair.

When I called about my 55 inch tv they told me to ship it to them when the warranty I bought said they had to send someone out. I went through all their hoops but it wasn't good enough. Would never recommend them.
