Purchased from Walmart app, it didn't say on the add at the time I purchased it, that it was over 12 years old!!
I have bought the extended warranty through Walmart when I purchased the mini iPad. It never quite worked right for me so I called Al State to file a claim. They had me wrap it all up and send it off to someone that would fix it for me. Altogether it was gone for a week and a half for my house to get back today. It does not work. They told me if I tried to back up any of my information that it won’t work, I don’t call that fixing my iPad. Lynda Rice
Tried to use warranty to replace faulty earbuds. I was told replacing them with the same ones was not possible because they weren’t available (they were available, but were more expensive than my original purchase price so I assume they just weren’t going to do that). Poor customer service experience! It wasn't that reps had a bad attitude or anything; it's that they wouldn't help because my tablet was still under manufacturer's warranty. I also can't get assistance with the manufacturer so I'm stuck in the middle.

I got an immediate response to my initial claim. I then got an email giving me 3 options for a replacement watch. I was disappointed that none of them matched my initial watch. I chose one 3 days ago and have heard nothing since.
