bought a laptop off of eBay and the hard-drive was bad...square-trade cant even send me a email with a shipping label cause something is wrong with there system...so they have to mail it.. been 2 weeks and 4 agents and many hours on the phone...I will never purchase Square Trade again SMH horrible language cant understand because they talk to fast and there accent doesn't help and they talk over you...

The ball-head on my tripod broke. I called SquareTrade, they confirmed my coverage and sent an RMA label. I shipped the broken product back and within one week, I had received a check for the refund of the item's purchase price. My only complaint is that there was no refund of the sales tax, only the item's price.
Submitted a claim. Took weeks to get it resolved. They agreed to refund the cost of the defective goods (electric failure of battery for laptop) and then sent about 20% less.

After getting approved for a replacement TV I was informed I would receive an email within 2 days to arrange a delivery time. I never received an email and my wife had to make several calls including one to the Costco where we purchased the TV and the Manager Gary at the Costco in Greenwood Indiana made a call on our behalf and we received the TV in the next couple of days. Sent me to get my power washer repaired but could not find a repair shop. Refunded me everything after a month of trying to get a resolution.
Called three time to fix the problem with my tv. went through the procedure to reset tv and it is no better. they want me to live with the problem cause they want send a tech out to repair it or give me a new tv. really tired of trying to repair a problem that exist and they say all the hardware is ok. Well it is not. going on two years and costco won't do anything and square trade cant repair it over the phone.
