It’s been weeks with at least 10 calls and for chats later to Pakistan. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful but no one could seem to get the job done.....Now they told me my issue was resolved, I don’t have a check in hand! It may be resolved on their end but not mine.......
19 month old electronic component threw in the towel and Square Trade covered it, no if's, and's, or but's. Far exceeded expectations.
A phone that I had a SquareTrade warranty on failed to work anymore. There was no physical damage. I first called, and was directed to attempt to have this phone repaired, locally. After going to three locations, was told it was beyond repair. They issued a written diagnostic of the problems. Upon calling back to SquareTrade, was told to upload the document to SquareTrade, wait 10 minutes, and call back. I did so. Sent it into squaretrade and they attempted to fix it by replacing the OS, it still didnt work, so I sent it back in and am currently awaiting results...

Square Trade said after receiving receipts they would call back 24 hours, never happened. We called back two weeks after to find out status of claim. Finally, all worked out well, new TV delivered. They do not sell warranty on their replacement TV.
I asked for a refund as I returned the item I insured. It slipped thru the cracks. Luckily I saw it on my account. Contacted them thru Amazon and within a day all was sorted and I received my credit.
My rug doctor carpet extractor was leaking from both fresh water and dirty water compartments, so I emailed square trade and they sent me a check for the value of my machine. I quickly got a new one and finished the job! Couldn’t be happier with outcome.
Samsung 65" tv started behaving badly. Called Square Trade and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Simple fix - new remote. Been working fine ever since.
