I was promised that if I sent my broken (speaker stopped working! NO SOUND!) cell to them over night that I would receive a new cell phone over nighted back to me FedEx....That was June 19th 2020. It has currently been over 10 full business days since they received my item at their repair center. I broke my phone. Screen was completely shattered, and swuare trade replaced it. Quit and legitimate service
I am not satisfied at all. It's been almost 2 months to determine my TV TCL damaged should be exchanged, instead I am supposed to be reimbursed, and still the check is on the way

Easy to buy the service contract, difficult to get the services or to pay for the problem. They ask me to test the TV but the problem still there.
