My phone fell and the screen broke. Called SquareTrade and they said it’s not covered. Really they deserve a 1 star but they were nice enough to give me a refund. You lost me and my family. Never again square-trade.

Had a laptop repaired through SquareTrade. Repair quality was poor and had to be sent back for proper repairs. Very frustrating. First time we've had a problem with this company.

Very prompt receipt of reimbursement for iPhone when I dropped and cracked mine and it couldn’t be repaired.

I sent my Onkyo DP-X1A back for repair. They decided they could not repair it and are sending the money I paid for it. I do wish they had told me what the problem was, why they could not repair it and given me some other options. I can not replace it for what I paid for it. In three years the price has more than doubled.

Beware of how you do business with this company. You cancel your protection plan with them and they keep charging you for everything you've told them to cancel. Provide and proof that you called to cancel. They don't want to give you any money back because you apparently don't have any proof that you talked to someone about it.

THEY NEVER call BACK you call them always someone different KELLY IN CLAIMS IS never available THEY do not keep their word and before they are done THEY threaten with LAW enforcement and just give you the COST of WARRANTY BACK AllState should be ashamed of this company .

Never received a box to send my Fitbit back for repair. It’s been over 2-3 weeks.
