A $50 water distiller cost $9 premium for 2 years coverage. At 22 months it suffered an internal short and must have fried several components, because I smelled the burned electrical small and saw the lighted on-off button had melted. Following email instructions, I contacted AIT on 4/20. I contacted them via phone ( spoke with Karen on 27th ) since I hadn't heard back. I was given a direct number to the shipper. Over several days, I tried in vain to reach somebody named Corey. His phone would never get answered and he never called back. I called the 18774334248 number again and spoke with Jackie on the 29th.
