I paid 197.63 and I was only refunded 149.69 They would not even fix my Fitbit just refunded part of my money. I paid for a 3 year warranty but only got one year of use without a refund. Will not be using square trade again. Horrible service
My old phone keep shutting off even right after it had been charged. It showed it was fully charged but it would just go dead. Called Consumer Cellular and they told me I had insurance and have me the number of Square Trade and my insurance information. Called and within 2 days I had a new phone and shipped the old one back.
I picked up and paid for my TV repair and just because the repair shop uses handwritten receipts with all the necessary info, my claim keeps getting rejected, telling me they need more information.

I had to do the troubleshooting to find the problem. At 77 they had me behind a 75 in TV looking for numbers and what not that they had on my sales slip that I sent them? I had to take pictures of the screen coming from 2 different "sources". They didn't really want to sent a Technician. Finally they said my set was not repairable to pick a replacement listed on next page of Email. When I purchased a printer I decided to also purchase a 3 year protection plan I am very happy I did just 9 days before the plan was going to end my printer died. One call to the Square trade customer service center and my money was on the way. Within 5 days I received a check for the complete purchase price from 3 years ago. My problem was with a solar-powered wireless keyboard that would no longer charge the battery adequately, although I could struggle along with it. The online claim process resulted in my having to send the keyboard in for evaluation and repair or replacement. That would leave me with no keyboard, and no way to keep working. A phone call resulted in an instant cash refund from SquareTrade, which arrived after about a week. However, the amount was about $30 short of the cost of a new one.
My laptop broke a few months ago but my warranty with Leveno wasn't up until March 1. Leveno wouldn't help me at all. The guys from squaretrade tired fix it over the phone and when that didn't work email me the way to have replaced. I have new working laptop. They were nice and didn't treat me like I was stupid or talk down to me.
