Is terrible and presumes customers are crooked. Very insulting!

It was FedEx that lost my laptop & left me without one
The tv I received keeps resetting every few hours!! I think I received a refurbished model

When a generic phone charging cord malfunctioned, I didn’t even have the info they requested- like brand/ model, because it was unbranded. I called and they were able to process the refund by phone. I had to upload a few proof of purchase photos, but it was not very hard.
They didn’t fully repair all the damage from the accidental drop. I mentioned both locations the laptop had damage on and only one got repaired.
I have always purchased the extended warranties for my electronics that we purchased at Walmart, I only had to make 1 claim when Walmart used Assurian, and never had any issues with them. I had high hopes with his company since it is part of Allstate, my wifes iPhone started giving her issues, I contacted customer service and we realized that the phone was still under the mfg. warranty, so I took it to our local Apple "Genius Bar", they couldn't repair it so they replaced it, (BTW Apple customer service is awesome). had to thtow a fit to get the correct television, ask abdul all about it.
Working with Square on a TV that could not be repaired. They offered a Hisense TV which I have never heard from and requested other options which am they are yet to provide. Also have a link to take a cash option however the associate informed me that the link doesn’t work and shouldn’t be in the email. It’s a well known issues that they have not addressed. If minimal customer service was the goal, they are achieving it.
