Working with Square on a TV that could not be repaired. They offered a Hisense TV which I have never heard from and requested other options which am they are yet to provide. Also have a link to take a cash option however the associate informed me that the link doesn’t work and shouldn’t be in the email. It’s a well known issues that they have not addressed. If minimal customer service was the goal, they are achieving it.
I had a strong feeling that there would be a poor outcome. The petty denials of my claim submission made it seem as if the company never wanted to service the item in the first place. Once I resubmitted the claim twice, it was finally approved. The first re-submission asked for an another photo of my receipt the second requested a serial number. The staff were very nasty and rude didn’t let me talk and explain my situation they literally just told me crap and hung up

I’m supposed to get a check for my broken merchandise, as of today I have not received response
Process seems slow. Took 3days to receive shipment box. Sent in laptop over a week ago. My laptop is still not repaired or returned.

My laptop crashed, I sent it in and told me by two weeks, it's been two months. Saying they were waiting on parts. Have not heard any updates I had to constantly bug them and still get nothing. Then all of a sudden, after bugging them they say it's being replaced, 3 weeks later, I recieve a check for my laptop. Wtf? I have waited on work and schooling and I'm not even getting a laptop back. Horrible service. Very inconvenient and no communication.
