Best customer service ever. Fixed my son's tablet fast with no hassles what so ever. Even filing the claim was super easy. They also kept constant contact so I always knew what the status was. So glad I bought the extra protection.

Allstate protection plan really came through for us. I didn’t think they would warranty my kids laptop. I sent it off. Took awhile but they managed to fix it. I checked on it and they was very helpful!

I was disappointed with the resolution of my claim. I felt that I should have been offered higher quality replacements. I ended up taking the cash instead, but even that fell short of what I expected.

Everything was easy, except for I didn't get approved for some of the claims that was made and even tho I paid to have a warranty I didn't receive it! I bought 4 security cameras and all of a sudden their working one day and the next thier not, not one of them all of them cause my husband is maintenance at apartment complex so we need cameras and we got the warranty just so if something happened we could replace the cameras no problem, but that didn't happen in this case!
