Dealing with the AI representative was totally useless. However, when I was able to deal with a real person it was entirely different. The issue was resolved quickly. I needed to send information and was instructed how to do this during my interaction with the representative. Claim went very smooth and was reimbursed quickly
I had an issue with one of my items I covered. The process was simple and easy to navigate. I showed a picture of the item and what the issue was. They sent me a new one.
After replacing parts and I still had the problem. They gave me a gift card for the full amount so I could get a new stove. They were very prompt and courageous!
