I had zero issues in using my insurance to replace my broken eyeglasses. Process was easy and only required 2-3 days to get my information verified and for Allstate to send me coupon for replacement of eyeglasses.
I had a Fitbit watch that had a battery that went south after 18 months. I sent it in the first time and they replaced the battery. I got it back and it went in sync with my fitbit app on the phone but only for about a day. I sent it back and they did a firmware update. Our Samsung washer had an issue and we contact All state, they were very helpful, providing all necessary parts and labor . Highly Recommended.
Our refrigerator had 2 problems - both French doors needed a new gasket and the water dispenser light did not work. Some parts were no longer available so Allstate refunded our purchase price in order to obtain a new refrigerator.
