At first I Given a TV that did not live up to the same standards as the one that was broken I called back to let people know, and they said they’d have to get back to me which they did. They went ahead and made an exception or at least recognized. the fact that they didn’t give me apples to apples and they brought the TV that I wanted to begin with. I was extremely pleased no hassles at all.
The process was easy and quick.
I submitted my claim and received a response right away, very satisfied!
